About
The Mulshi dam on the Mula river forms a long lake among the hills west of Pune. The road beyond it climbs through Tamhini Ghat and goes down to the Konkan. In the monsoon dozens of waterfalls pour down the cliffs beside the road.

How to reach
Drive via Chandni Chowk, Pirangut and Paud.
Tips
- Do not stop on blind bends to take photos. Use proper parking spots.
- Entry to some waterfalls is restricted after accidents. Follow the signs.
