Refund and Cancellation Policy
When you get a refund for event tickets bought on PuneDiary.Com, and how long it takes.
This policy covers event tickets bought on PuneDiary.Com. PuneDiary.Com is run by World Web Solutions, Pune. Payments are processed securely by CCAvenue.
If the event is cancelled
If the organiser cancels the event, you get a full refund: the ticket price, the convenience fee and the GST. You do not need to ask for it. We send the refund to the same card, bank account or UPI ID you paid with, within 7 to 10 working days of the cancellation.
If the event is postponed
If the event moves to a new date, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, write to us before the new date and we will refund the ticket price and GST. The convenience fee is not refunded in this case.
If you cannot attend
Tickets cannot be cancelled by the buyer, and there is no refund if you do not attend, unless the organiser of that event allows it. Where an organiser allows cancellation, the rules are shown on the event page before you pay.
If your payment fails
If money is taken from your account but you do not get a ticket, the amount is returned automatically by the bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, write to us with your booking number and payment details.
If you were charged twice
If you paid twice for the same booking, we refund the extra payment in full within 7 to 10 working days of finding it, or of you telling us.
How to ask for a refund
Email webmaster@punediary.com or use our contact page. Please give your booking number (it starts with PD), your name and the email you used. We reply within 2 working days.
Other services
Paid listings, featured events, stories and banner ads run for the dates agreed and paid for. They are not refunded once they have started. If we cannot publish something you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version shown on this page on the day you pay applies to your booking.
