We try hard to keep the information on PuneDiary correct and up to date. Even so, addresses, phone numbers, timings, fares and prices change often. Please check important details with the place or business before you travel or pay. PuneDiary is not responsible for any loss caused by information on the site that turns out to be wrong or out of date. If you find a mistake, please tell us.

Business listings

• A listing may be added only by the business owner, or by someone the owner has allowed to do it.
• All details must be true. Do not copy text or photos from other websites.
• Every listing is checked by our team before it is shown. We may edit, refuse or remove any listing, for example if it is false, misleading, duplicate or against the law.
• A free listing stays free. Paid options such as a featured listing or a banner run for the dates agreed and paid for.
• PuneDiary does not recommend or guarantee any business. Any deal you make with a business is between you and that business.

Classified ads

• Post only your own ads, with true details: one need or one offer in each ad.
• Do not post ads for anything illegal, adult content, or jobs that ask the applicant to pay a fee.
• Every ad is checked by our team before it is shown, and stays for 30 days. We may edit, refuse or remove any ad.
• The contact details in your ad are shown to the public while it is live.
• PuneDiary does not guarantee any ad. Any deal is between you and the other person.

Enquiries and messages

When you send an enquiry from a business page or a classified ad, your name, phone, email and message are sent to that business or to the person who posted the ad. Do not use the forms to send spam, advertising or abuse. We may block anyone who misuses them.
