Two places are worshipped as the Vaidyanath Jyotirlinga. In Maharashtra, the temple at Parli Vaijnath in Beed district was rebuilt by Ahilyabai Holkar. In Jharkhand, the Baba Baidyanath temple at Deoghar draws huge crowds in the month of Shravan. Devotees from Maharashtra mostly visit Parli.
