Nana-Nani Parks for Senior Citizens
PMC's parks made for senior citizens, with benches, pagodas for yoga and katta meetings, open gyms and easy-access toilets, plus four special Nana-Nani gardens.

About the garden
The Pune Municipal Corporation has made its parks friendlier for senior citizens. According to PMC, its 211 parks now have 3,170 benches and 211 pagodas, used for yoga, pranayama, literary kattas and laughter clubs. Many parks also have open gyms, toilets suited to elderly visitors, and ramps and railings.
In addition, PMC's Garden Department has built four gardens especially for senior citizens, called Nana-Nani gardens:

- Jeshtha Nagarik Nana-Nani Garden, Gaikwad Nagar, Aundh (about 16,000 sq. m).
- Nana-Nani Garden, Mrutyunjay Mandir Road, Kondhwa (about 1,100 sq. m).
- Nana-Nani Garden, Shaniwar Peth (about 10,000 sq. m).
- Swanand Nana-Nani Garden, Mira Society, Bibwewadi (about 20,000 sq. m).

How to reach
The main Nana-Nani Park is at Gaikwad Nagar in Aundh. The other three are in Kondhwa, Shaniwar Peth and Bibwewadi.
Timings and fees are set by the Pune Municipal Corporation and can change. Please check before a special visit.
