Fireside chat with Mrunal Thakur
The evening included a conversation between Mayank Poddar, CEO, West-East Zone, Godrej Properties, and Mrunal Thakur on how wellness, lifestyle and community are shaping the way people choose homes. It was moderated by Sujit Patil, Chief Communications Officer, Godrej Industries.
Mayank Poddar said Pune remains one of India's most dynamic housing markets and that buyers here now see luxury in terms of wellness, community, nature, sustainability and good design. He said the company is on track to hand over more than 4,000 homes in Pune by March 2027, the end of the 2026-27 financial year.
Mrunal Thakur said it was a privilege to celebrate with families beginning a new chapter in their homes, and that the finding on yoga and meditation spaces shows how central wellness has become to modern living.
