SpiceJet launches 38 new domestic and international flights
Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia flags off SpiceJet’s maiden flight from Visakhapatnam to Mumbai

GURUGRAM, September 15, 2021: SpiceJet, India’s favorite airline, today announced the launch of 38 new domestic and international non-stop flights starting 15th September 2021 in a phased manner.
Hon’ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Shri. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia flagged off the inaugural SpiceJet flight from Visakhapatnam to Mumbai virtually in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways and Civil Aviation, General (Dr) VK Singh (Retd), Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Sh. Pradeep Singh Kharola, Chairman, Airports Authority of India, Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Smt. Usha Padhee, Hon’ble MLA South Assembly Constituency Visakhapatnam, Sh. Vasupalli Ganesh Kumar and CMD of SpiceJet, Ajay Singh.
The airline also launched non-stop flights connecting Delhi with Male, the capital city of Maldives, for the first time on its network. The new flight will operate four times a week. Besides the airline also launched new flights between Udaipur and Chennai which will operate thrice-a-week. SpiceJet has also launched flights on the routes of Delhi-Surat-Delhi, Bengaluru-Varanasi-Bengaluru, Mumbai-Jaipur-Mumbai, Mumbai-Jharsuguda-Mumbai, Chennai-Pune-Chennai, Chennai-Jaipur-Chennai, and Chennai-Varanasi-Chennai.
SpiceJet has also enhanced frequencies on Bengaluru-Delhi-Bengaluru, Mumbai-Kishangarh (Ajmer)-Mumbai, Bengaluru-Mangalore-Bengaluru, Mumbai-Delhi-Mumbai, Chennai-Goa-Chennai, Ahmedabad-Goa-Ahmedabad, Goa-Delhi-Goa, Patna-Ahmedabad-Patna, and Delhi-Patna-Delhi routes.
SpiceJet will resume flights to and from Dubai connecting it with Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Kozhikode, Amritsar, and Mangaluru.

With the launch of the new flight services, passengers from cities such as Male, Visakhapatnam, Surat, Kishangarh (Ajmer), Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Varanasi, Jaipur, Jharsuguda, Chennai, Goa, Pune, Patna, Udaipur, and Ahmedabad can now conveniently travel to a host of other cities both on SpiceJet’s domestic as well as international network via multiple onward connections.
The airline will be deploying its Boeing 737 and Q400 aircraft on these routes. Bookings are now open on www.spicejet.com, SpiceJet’s mobile app, and through online travel portals and travel agents.
