A real-estate e-magazine named, “Dreams per square feet” was launched on 8th June 2022 at the Residency Club, Pune.

The magazine is a collaboration between Dreamworks University, Bellezaa Consultants, and DataTech Labs in association with Credai Maharashtra, BNI East & North Region, LeadCon, and Veriprop.

Umesh Pawar, Editor, Dreams Per Square Feet magazine says, “Through this magazine, we are covering learning of turning points, knowledge sharing and a transformation journey of successful entrepreneurs or real estate heroes. We are doing this to educate the buyer and make their property buying decision easy. This magazine will also help people wanting to enter the field of real estate as a full-time career.”

Pune, 10th February 2020: Mr. Pankaj Advani, Padma Bhushan Awardee, internationally renowned cueist, and 23 times world billiards champion inaugurated the Club House and Sporting Arena at WINDERMERE, VASCON’sone-of-a-kind luxury project located in the upmarket locality of Koregaon Park, Pune. Mr. R Vasudevan – Chairman, Vascon Engineers Ltd; Mr.RajanKhinvasara, President – Billiards and Snooker Association of Maharashtra (BSAM), Mr. Siddharth Vasudevan, Managing Director and eminent dignitaries from different walks of life graced the occasion.

It was also an important occasion as Mr. R Vasudevanfelicitated Mr.RajanKhinvasara, President – BSAM for his selfless contribution and dedicated efforts to promote cue sports over the years.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. R Vasudevan – Chairman, Vascon Engineers Ltd said, “Rajan’spassion for the cue sport has been a key driver for his contribution towards the development of the game. Mumbai, September 3, 2019: The Transportation Infrastructure and Buildings & Factoriesbusinesses of L&T Construction have secured a prestigious project from the Navi Mumbai International Airport Private Limited (NMIAPL) for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of thegreenfieldNavi Mumbai International Airport at Navi Mumbai.

The key development spectrum covers cut and fill works, terminal works including departure and arrival forecourts, airfield development works (a 3,700 m long south runway, apron systems, taxiway systems, airfield ground lighting and other facilities), land side facilities (roads, multilevel car parking), utilities and support facilities.

The Passenger Terminal Building that has been designed with complex forms by the famous and much-awarded Zaha Hadid Architects is being developed to initially handle a capacity of 10 MPA (million passengers per annum). The project will subsequently be enhanced to handle 20 MPA.
